Google Always Changing Good - Adobe Too
Few minutes ago I just read post in GoogleBlog that now Google Learns To Crawl Flash. Huh? Yes, you right bud, This major search engine since that release will start to indexing flash content. Good news is it?
“Google has been working hard to improve how we can read and discover SWF files,” said Bill Coughran, senior vice president of engineering at Google. “Through our recent collaboration with Adobe, we now help Web site owners that choose to design sites with Adobe Flash software by indexing this content better. Improving how we crawl dynamic content will ultimately enhance the search experience for our users.”
After read that post, I try to search more information from Adobe Press Room.I found post title with Adobe Advances Rich Media Search on the Web (July 1,2008). You can read their press release here, or donwload their PDF.
I think this a very good news for web designer, Search engine optimizer, webmaster and every people that loves using Flash into their website. Maybe, after read this post, there’s Busby SEO Challenge participant try to embed flash into ther Busby blog to test that press release.
